How vote-escrow works

1. Lock FNC for up to 4 years → receive veFNC proportional to amount × lock duration.
2. Voting power decays linearly every block — the longer you lock, the more governance influence you have now.
3. At maximum lock (4 years), 1 FNC ≈ 1 veFNC. At 1 year, 1 FNC ≈ 0.25 veFNC.
4. You can extend an existing lock (increases power) or add more FNC (also increases power).
5. After the lock expires, call Withdraw to reclaim your FNC. Locking again restarts the decay clock.
